Our Environmental Consultants will help guide our Clients to oversee the Environmental Performance of their Business and ensure that all Construction Projects are compliant with Environmental Legislation.

As part of the Service, we will undertake Environmental Audits and Assessments, examine all Construction Activities to Identify and Resolve any Environmental problems and ensure that any Improvements and necessary Changes are implemented.

As part of our Health and Safety Management Service, we can provide advice on all aspects of Health & Safety Compliance and Legislation, including the Development of H&S Plans in the workplace to help establish a strong H&S Culture.

We can also evaluate our Client's Procedures and Facilities, inspect equipment and machinery to assess Risk, as well as undertaking regular Training and Tool Box Talks, Risk Assessments, Occupational H&S Surveys and Bespoke H&S Audits.

Our Design Managers will oversee the Design Work required throughout a Construction Project and are able to co-ordinate the various Designers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Clients and Contractors to create competent Designs that can be used during Construction, and aid with Maintenance of the Project once completed.

 As part of our Commercial Services we are able to offer an Estimating Service where we can help our Clients develop Feasibility Studies, Project Budgets and provide advice and guidance on appropriate Tendering practices.

Our Legal Advisors are able to assist with all aspects of the Construction Process by reviewing Contracts and advising on Potential Legal Issues before they arise.

We have extensive experience in both the public and private sectors and our aim is to provide Practical Advice to avoid future Disputes and Minimise the Risk of incurring additional costs on a Construction Project.

On even the most well managed Projects, Disputes can sometimes arise between the Parties to the Contract and can often arise from Ambiguity or the unclear Definition of Risks.

Dispute Resolution is about recognizing when a Dispute has arisen and appreciating the escalation of that Dispute.

It involves understanding the range of Techniques that are available to Resolve the Dispute and providing appropriate Guidance before our Client is placed at a disadvantage in respect of its position with the other Party.
